Her clinical depth sets her apart. Sophie brings a physiotherapist's precision to every session, combining rehabilitation expertise with a genuine passion for functional fitness and performance.

Nate FATU

Noah Bassil

Noah's fitness journey began at 13 in a small South Hurstville gym. Four decades later, that passion never left him - it simply grew into something bigger. From bodybuilding and boxing to CrossFit, Hyrox and the Turf Games, fitness has been a constant thread through everything.

After 25 years transforming lives through education, Noah retrained as a coach and opened 98 Gym Neutral Bay. Milsons Point PT is the natural extension of that journey.

Now in his 50s, Noah understands the older body intimately - how it responds to training, where it needs care, and how to unlock performance and strength that many assume is behind them. His goal is simple: help people in their 50s and beyond build strength, move better and live longer. Because it is never too late to raise the standard.

Alasdair Murphy

Originally from Dublin, Alasdair's sport and exercise journey began at six with rugby and never really stopped. A BSc in Sports Science and Health and a Master's in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Loughborough University gave him the academic foundation. Coaching CrossFit and serving as performance nutritionist for the Dublin Senior Ladies Football Team gave him the real-world credentials.

Alasdair brings a rare combination of over 8 years hands-on coaching expertise and elite level sports nutrition knowledge to every session. If your goals have a performance or nutrition dimension, you're in the right hands.

He relocated to Sydney in 2023 and hasn't looked back.

Asia Harris

Asia's approach to coaching is centred around helping women feel strong, confident and capable in their own bodies. She believes training should go beyond aesthetics - it's about building strength, improving how you move and working towards athletic goals that show you what you're truly capable of.

As a qualified CrossFit coach with a background in strength and conditioning, Asia has coached in high-energy gym environments where she's developed a supportive and motivating coaching style. Her sessions blend strength training, functional movement and conditioning to challenge clients while helping them feel comfortable and confident in the gym.

Louis Potter

Louis is many things he enjoys long walks on the beach and volunteers at a dog rescue centre. But step into the gym and there's a switch that flicks. What you'll find is one of the most attentive, knowledgeable and individually focused coaches you'll ever work with.

Louis has coached junior international powerlifters through to senior clients working to maintain independence and quality of life - giving each the same focus, commitment and expertise. His coaching ethos is simple - get you beyond what you thought was your finish line and keep you moving forward from there.

Jesse Maxwell

Born in New Zealand and moving to Australia in his early adolescence, Jesse has always been a part of a team sports. Thriving through his rugby league and rugby union career throughout his early teenage years to his adult years in both WA and NSW.
With past history of injuries this is where he found his passion for fitness, as he saw medicine through movement. With his experiences and knowledge he hopes to help move all ages and abilities with the same beliefs.

Born and raised in New Zealand, Nate’s passion for fitness grew through competing in a variety of sports, leading him to fitness competitions at 16 - a pursuit he continues today. Now based in Sydney, he has completed his Bachelors in Exercise Science and Nutrition and has over six years of coaching experience.

Nate has worked with a diverse range of clients, from the athletic individual to the everyday athlete, focusing on tailored strength and conditioning programs that deliver real results. Passionate about helping others unlock their potential, he believes consistency, dedication, and expert guidance are the keys to success.
